You Feel The Vibe?

You Feel The Vibe?

You ever get this feeling that won't go away no matter what? And it bothers you but you can't put your finger on what it is? It's like on "That's So Raven", when Raven used to have her visions -  there's a feeling in the pit of your stomach where your body is making you feel as though you know something but you're not sure of what you know. And there's no actual rhyme or reason for it, but you just know.

Over the past couple of months, I've been learning to listen to my body when it's trying to communicate with me. Failing at times, but still learning. In the past, I've found myself ignoring the alarming spouts of panic that would set in whenever my phone vibrated and how I felt like I was holding my breath for some reason whenever I got phone calls. At the time, I thought it was my anxiety acting up but now looking back at what was going on at the time, I understand that it was my body literally trying to check me.

Nine times out of ten, we tend to ignore these gut feelings out of fear of what we think it's telling us or because quite frankly, it's an uncomfortable feeling. It's the one time where we don't want to be right. The symptoms mirror that of anxiety and so sometimes we feel anxious around certain people or places and it's because our bodies are basically telling us to heed with caution. Especially within women, because we're so in tune with our intuition. Men experience it too though, so don't get it twisted ...

Unfortunately, because we so frequently ignore the signs, we fail to recognize how intune our souls can be with the people around us. Especially those that we hold close. Think about this, have you ever just randomly thought of someone and then later, come to find out something was going on with them in that exact moment? Or even worse, when you get the feeling that something is off but you ignore it only to find out later that your suspensions were right? ... Little do you know that this sixth sense is one of our instincts for survival. The more that we learn to trust it and understand it, the better we'll be. It's purpose is to let us know whether we should fight or flight .. we just have to listen.

To know me, is to know that I am completely and utterly obsessed with the moon. Most people might not understand it, nor do they find it as fascinating as I do .. which is fine. However, when you learn to become intune with your senses and the world around you, you'll come to find that the moon is an energy source and it can be quite healing. Energy can be used as a sort of GPS to help guide your direction in life, it can be used as inspiration for creation, and so much more. However, when you don't understand it, it can just feel like constant anxiety which unfortunately can trigger actual anxiety. There's literally levels to it all and whether or not you choose to learn the depth of it all is up to you. There's just so much beauty in it all and it really is amazing to feel as though you have an understanding with the world around you.

I've been learning to genuinely trust the vibes that you get off of people and/or places, because energy literally lives all around us and it never lies. Everybody loves to talk about "vibes" but how many of you actually understand them? Can you actually interpret the messages that your body is sending you? Learn to trust your intuitions as they can serve as a sort of superpower. Just feel the vibe ... its quite contagious.
